2. Kiến nghị
2.3. Hạn chế của nghiên cứu và đề xuất các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo
Do những giới hạn về thời gian và kinh nghiệm của tác giả nên chắc chắn đề tài còn có những hạn chế nhất định:
Thứ nhất, đề tài nghiên cứu sử dụng tại một doanh nghiệp. Cụ thể, nghiên cứu chỉ tập trung đo lường mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố thuộc tổ chức (Quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh, văn hóa tổ chức xanh) đến mong muốn, Cam kết của người lao động với vấn đề BVMT của tổ chức và hành vi hướng đến môi trường của người lao động tại công ty dệt may Phú Hòa An. Giá trị nghiên cứu sẽ cao hơn nếu được thực hiện ở nhiều doanh nghiệp, tổ chức và nhiều khu vực khác nhau. Hơn nữa, nghiên cứu mới chỉ tập trung vào loại hình sản xuất may mặc mà chưa tìm hiểu ở các loại hình khác. Nếu có thể, những nghiên cứu tiếp theo nên có sự so sánh giữa các loại hình khác nhau và khái quát cho toàn bộ về hành vi đối với môi trường của người lao động.
Thứ hai, đề tài nghiên cứu sử dụng cả 2 phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và nghiên cứu định lượng, tuy nhiên phương pháp định lượng nhiều hơn, nên chỉ thấy mức độ tác động của các yếu tố tổ chức đến mong muốn, Cam kết của người lao động với vấn đề BVMT của tổ chức và hành vi hướng đến môi trường của người lao động.
Cần tập trung nhiều hơn vào phương pháp định tính nhằm thu thập thêm nhiều thông tin hữu ích hơn cho việc nghiên cứu, ví dụ như thảo luận, trao đổi về các chính sách giúp người lao động có định hướng với môi trường cao hơn và các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao nhận thức của người lao động về bảo vệ môi trường và hành vi hướng đến môi trường.
Cuối cùng, các giải pháp đề xuất chỉ có ý nghĩa áp dụng trong một số trường hợp nhất định, cũng như còn tùy thuộc vào các điều kiện về chính sách cũng như chiến lược chung của công ty.
