Spend a few minutes revising the previous lesson by calling some pupils to the front of the class to ask and answer questions about activities happening in the classroom, using What’s he/ she doing? He’s/She’s .

- Have Ss open the book page 60 and identify the characters in the pictures.

- Set the scene: you are going to hear 3 conversations between Mary and Nam.

- Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen while they are reading the dialogue.

- Play the recording again for Ss to repeat
