@Harsh - we have a lot of recruiters and a lot of hiring managers so I don't have a good list to share with you. It's very competitive in the job market today so we only present the top 10-20 college grads on each opening for the manager to consider. If you aren't in the top group, you won't get selected. That's why you should keep applying to positions you are a solid fit for and hopefully you'll get a phone screen.
