OBJECTIVES

Input: the dialogue in part 1 on page 40 Picture a, b,c,d
CD Procedure:
* Set the scene:
- T uses the pictures of the dialogue on page 40(Student book 1) to lead Ss in the conversation - Ask students to look at the 4 pictures in the book and check comprehension by eliciting the answers for these questions.
T: Who’s this?( pointing to the student)
1.Look, listen and repeat (Show the task on the screen)
- look at the pictures and give the answers
- listen carefully
- listen and repeat - repeat the words.

T: Where is it?(Point to the school) ?
- Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen and follow in their books.
- Play the recording again for Ss repeat the dialogue several times.( line by line in the bubbles).

- Have Ss to find out the new structure.

- Listen and repeat. Read in groups. in pairs.
- Ps practice the sounds, words, and sentences carefully
- Some Ss reports the answer. The rest of the class listen and give comments.
- Ask ss to find some other words with the sound have learnt.
