By the end of the lesson pupils can use the words and phrasers related to the topics school events and future activities , ask questions and answers about school events,using -When will sports Day be ? It’ll be on Saturday ?

- There are 3 pictures in this lesson. We are istening and draw lines to match pictures 1-3 with pictures a-c you hear.

Look at the picture and answer the question.
-Listen again and check.

Play the recoding (twice). Have Ss listen and match the correct pictures.

I. AIMS:

school events and future activities , ask questions and answers about what someone is going to do/pl on sports Day,using –What are you going to do on sports Day ? Iam going to play basketball.

- Listen repeat and sing.
Some students perform before the class.

* Pre-writing.
- Ss look the sentences and answer the questions about Sports Day.
-Work in pairs
* While-writing.
-Ss read the questions and write the answers.
-Get pupils to swap and read their answers before inviting one or two pupils to read their answers aloud.
Tell Ss that they are going to read and get information -Read the questions and check their understanding.
Write the missing words in task 1 and 2.
* Post-writing.
Practice in pairs.
-Some Ss ask and answer before the class.
- Invite a few pupils to read aloud and put them on the board

- Tell the class that they are going to play Pass the secret . flollow the procedure in Games in introduction .
-Divide pupils in to groups of seven .ask them to line up in rows .Wisper a sentences to the first pupil in each row (the first pupil then whispers the sentence to the second one .the last Ss in the row says aloud the sentence .if the sentences is correct,the team wins one point .the team with the most points at the end of the game is the winner..
