I.

OBJECTIVES 1. Knowledge:

- Perform their abilities in listening, speaking to the topics from units 1-5, using the phonics, vocabulary and sentence patterns they have learnt.

- Listen and tick the correct pictures.

- Listen and number the pictures.

- Listen and tick the sentences Yes (Y) or No (N).

- Read the paragraph, and circle the letters showing the correct answers to the questions.

- Write about themselves and tell the class, using the guiding questions.

2. Skills:

- Develop Ss’ speaking, reading, listening and writing skills 3. Core competencies & Personal qualities

- Co-operation love schools about Future activities.

- Tell the class that they are going to look at the picture and complete the sentences.

- Run through the pictures and the sentences to check their understanding.

- Give them time to look and write individually. Then compare with their

- Set a time limit for them to do the task independently. Monitor the activity and offer help, if necessary.

- Remind them to write the first letter of each sentence and the name in capital letters, and put commas and full stops at the

approciate places.

+Post- writing

- Get them to swap and read their writing in pairs before inviting two or three pupils to read their answers aloud.

Act 3. Read and listen to the story: (5’) - Tell the class that they are going to read and listen to the story.

- Before they listen, ask them to look at the pictures and ask them questions to remind them of the characters. (E.g. What’s the name of the black-and-white cat? What’s the name of the black-and-white mouse? Can you see the brown cat and the red cat? Who are they?

Do you know the grey mouse? Can you remenber his name?)

- Ask them to read the story in silence. Then play the recording all the way through for them to listen and follow in their books.

I. OBJECTIVES 1. Knowledge:

- Ss look & read silently the sentences.

Then complete the sentences in individual.

- Have Ss trade their answers in pairs for correction.

- Ss to read the answers aloud to the class.
