UNIT 16: LET’S GO TO THE BOOKSHOP.

LESSON 3: Part 4, 5, 6 I. OBJECTIVES

- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1. Knowledge:

- Know how to read the words that has one word, two words, three words and four words.

- Read the paragraph and number the pictures.

- Read and fill the gapped sentences, using the pictures.

- Interview three classmates about where they want to go on Sunday, and the reasons for going there. Report the interviews to the class.

2. Skills:

- Develop Ss’ reading and writing.

3. Attributes:

- show their love to their asking for and giving reasons for going somwhere.

4. Competence:

- Self-study

- Using language to talk about asking for and giving reasons for going somwhere.

- Aim:- Read and write the questions with the correct answers.

- Read the questions on the left and pair them with the answers on the right by drawing a line between them.

-Tell the class that they are going to read the text and number the picture to complete the task.

-Get them to look through the text and explain the new words if necessary.

-Set a time limit for pupils to do the task independently. Monitor the activity and offer help, if necessary.

-Have them compare their answers before checking.

-Ask some ss to read aloud the text - Output: They can ask and answer the question from the text.

*Activity 2: Look and write (10’)

* Aims: - Read and fill the gapped sentences, using the pictures.

*Input: Look at the gaps and write reasons for going somwhere in the gaps

- Tell the class that they are going to look at the pictures and complete the sentences.

- Give them time to read the text given and pictures to find the information which they should write.
