Post-weaning muitisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) due to the PCV2 is one of the emerging diseases caused the important lost for swine industry in Viet Nam. To determine Ihe PCV2 infection in Vietnam, a part of 0RF2 - gene encoding capsid protein of two and eleven PCV2 strains obtained from Ho Chi Minh city and Dong Nai province respectively was sequenced and analysed to build a phylogenetic tree with the PCV2 strains referred from genebani<. The studied result showed that all of the PCV2 strains isolated from Ho Chi Minh city and Dong Nai province mainly belonged to genotypes PCV2b and PCV2d. Of which, one strain isolated from Ho Chi Minh city and four strains isolated from Dong Nai province belonged to PCV2b. The rest of strains belonged to PCV2d with high similarity (99.1- 99.3%) compared to the PCV2 strains isolated from China in 2010.

PCV2 hi$n di^n trdn ddn heo cua Vi$t Nam cd it nhat Id 2 kilu genotype PCV2b vd PCV2d, trong dd PCV2d chilm da so trong cdc mau khdo sdt (8/13 mSu, tuong duang 61,34%). Cdc chiing PCV2b vd PCV2d trong nghidn cim diu cd tinh tuong ding di truyin cao vdi edc chiing PCV2b vd PCV2d phan Igp tgi Trung Qu6c tii ndm 2004 - 2008. Sy da dgng kieu genotype ciia PCV2 nhilm d cdc frgi chdn nudi heo eiia Vi^t Nam Id m^t thyc tl, cd thi dnh hudng din hi?u qud cua vi^c kilm sodt b?nh do PCV2 bdng vacxin. Vi thi cdn cd nhthig nghien eim di^n rgng vd sau hon ca ve khia canh dich te, di truyen va mien dich cua PCV2 tren cdc frgi chdn nudi heo d Vidt Nam de cd thi xdy dyng bi§n phdp kilm sodt hidu qud b§nh do PCV2 gay ra.
