4. 4.1 Theoretical aspects:
- The dissertation has systemizes and clarified the basic theoretical issues related to financial risks, financial risk management in corporates.

- By studying experiences in financial risk management from international and foreign construction firms and foreign consulting companies, the thesis has drawn several lessons with highly referential value for financial risk management in construction corporates in Vietnam.
- 4.2 Practical aspects:
- The dissertation has in-depth reviews, analysis and evaluation of the current situations in the listed construction joint-stock companies; under the following criteria: risks identification, risks measurement and assessment, financial risk management in corporates.
- The dissertation clearly points out not only achievements but also limitations, especially the causes to those limitations in risk management in these companies.
4.3. Solutions
Upon the development orientation of construction sector in Vietnam, regard the future socio-economic context, the dissertation recommends four solution groups aiming at improving and consolidating the financial risks management at the listed construction joint-stock companies as well as favorable conditions to successful implementation.
