1) The way of learning English (15’)

* Skill: 4 skills

- Speaking: speak a sentence, a new word, a phrase, a topic...with classmates , teacher,....Beside speaking English in class , SS can communicate by english...etc.

- Listening: Listen a dialogue , a paragraph ....to know or find out informations and fill in blanks, or answer questions...etc

- Reading : Read a text or a dialogue ...then answer qts with informations in text or dialogue..., or do T/F , maching...By reading SS can understand the content of a text or a dialogue...etc

- Writing : SS can write a sentence, a paragraph , a story...etc

* Learn vocabulary, grammar structures.

+ Learn vocab.

- SS should both read words in English and write them in papers

- Write one or two example sentenceswith each newword in or to remember how to use the word in the right way.

- Write each word and its use on the small piece of paper and stick it somewhere in house so as to learn it at any time

- Should learn 6 words a day and usually revise them

( Language learners should try different ways of learning words so as to find out the best way for themselves)

- Learn them by heart and practice frequently by give examples, do exercises...etc

3) Getting to know the book .(12’)

* Lucky numbers.

- Write numbers on the board ( from 1 to 15)

- Tell SS each number is for a question but some of them are lucky numbers.

If SS choose a lucky number, they do not hace to answer any questions but they get 2 points and they can choose another number.

- Devide the class into two groups 1. lucky number!

Rub out the new words one at a time. Each time T rub out a word in English, point to Vietnamese translation and ask “What is it in English?” When all English words are rubbed out, go through the Vietnamese list and get ss to call out the English words or rewrite the words.
