(page: 15-16) A. Aims of the lesson :

1. Knowledge:

- At the end of the lesson Ss will be able to ask for and give personal information.

- Introduce about new classmate in class.

*. Vocabulary: middle name, who, what, which, where (Revision).

*. Grammar: Question with “wh” in present simple.

Eg: What is your family name? or How old are you? Where do you live?

2. Skills:

- Ss continuo practice in pairs the dialogues by speak and write.

- Also complete the dialogue and fill in the personal card.

- Continue to improve communication skills by asking about personal information such as name, age, address

- Educating skills to deal with stress when many people ask for the same information.

3. Attitude:

- Must know new words for information such as last name, middle name, address ....

when applying sentence structure to practice.

4. Knowledge to achieve:

a) Meet the standards; You can refer your friends in class.

- Understand and answer some “Wh” questions and tell some of your own information, then ask some of your classmates for personal information.

b) Advanced; Tell about yourself and write some simple present “Wh” questions.
