Cấu Trúc:

Cách Dùng:- Dùng diễn tả những hành động đã bắt đầu xảy ra trong quá khứ,duy trì đến hiện tại ,có thể tiếp tục xảy ra trong tương lai.Thường đi với for / since.
For + 1 khoảng thời gian:
Since + 1 điểm tời gian.
Ex: I have not seen him for two years.
I have lived here since I was a child.
- Dùng diễn tả 1 hành động vừa mới xảy ra. Đi với Just –vừa mới.
Ex: I have just eaten an apple.
- Diễn tả 1 hành động chưa xảy ra. Đi với not…yet – vẫn chưa/ ….yet?
Ex: I have not done my homeword yet.
- Chỉ 1 hành động đã xảy ra rồi. đi với Already – đã rồi. ( đứng cuối câu hoặc ngay trước P2)
Ex : She has already had breakfast.
- Dùng để nói về trình độ, sự từng trải đi với Ever ( đã từng - ? ),never ( chưa từng +)
Ex: Have you ever been on TV.
I have never travelled by plane.
CHÚ Ý: Thì HTHT còn được dùng trong cấp so sánh hơn nhất.
- She is the most beautiful girl I have seen up to now.
- This is the most expensive shirt I have bought sofar.
