The present continuous talks about things happening now.
S + am, are, is + the -ing form of the verb.
Time expression: now, at the moment, at present

(-) Full Form:
I am not

He/ She/ It is not + V –ing

Present simple Present continuous We use present simple to
talk about routines or repeated actions.
Words and expressions:
always, usually, often, sometimes, never,
normally, every day, every Friday/Monday
We use present continuous to talk about actions in
progress.
