Play the recoding for them to listen. Have Ss listen and circle words in each sentences .
-play the recording sentence by sentence for Ss to check their answers.
Ss to swap and compare their answers before checking as a class
-Read their answers in pairs before checking as a class.

By the end of the lesson pupils can use the words and phrasers related to the topics Places to visit and Opinions on places.write and do the tasks

Follow the procedure in Teaching the unit components in introduction –
-Have Ss repeat each line of the chant .Divide the class into two groups .one group say the first four lines and the other says the last five lines .Then the two halves swap their roles after the first round.
-Set a time limit for Ss to practise saying the chant and doing actions in groups
-Invite two groups to say the chant and do actions in front og the class-

UNIT 20.WHICH ONE IS MORE EXCITING,LIFE IN THE CITY OR LIFE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE ? Lesson 1: 1+2+3
I. AIMS:
-1. Knowledge:
By the end of the lesson pupils can use the words and phrasers related to the topics Comparing places.
Ask and answer questions to compare places (adjecttives with one or two syllables ) ,using What one is more excting, life in the city or life in the countryside ?I think York City is.

- Have the class read the statements and check their comprehension.
- Give them time to colour the stars and invite a few Ps to read the statements aloud.
- Give further support to Ps who find it difficult to achieve certain objectives.
