- Set the scene: you are going to hear 2 conversations between.Tony and Tom - Who are the boys? Where are they?

What are they doing? (In Picture a, Tom and Peter are talking in the street. In Picture b, Tom

suggests they play football together. In Picture c, Peter kicks the ball and breaks the window.)

- Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen while they are reading the dialogue.

- Play the recording again for Ss to repeat each line of the dialogue a few times.

- Ask the groups to repeat the dialogue and swap
