- Have ps play the Slap the board game, using the name of the characters: Miss Hien, Mai, nam, Quan, Hoa and Phong

3. New lesson. ( 30’)

*Activity 1.( 10’) 1. Listen and number

- Pre- listen : Ask Ss to tell about the differences between the pictures.

+ Tell Ss the way to listen

While listen: + Ask Ss to listen to the tape and choose , number the right pic

- Listen and write the number in the picture you hear.

+ Play the tape three times to listen.

+ Listen and number the mentioned pic.

+ Listen and give the correct

- Get ps to swap and check their answers before checking as a class.

- Divive the class into two groups and get them to read aloud each character’s lines respectively.

- Pre write: Teacher tell ps that they are going to read and fill the gaps.

- Draw ps’ attention to the picture andd text.

- Give ps time to do their writing.

- Tell them to swap and check their answers before calling different pairs to read aloud the sentences.

- Write the correct sentences on the board
