This study aims to evaluate the influence of local residents' perception on their intention to participate in sustainable development of ecotourism activities in Can Tho city. As a result, all three factors including perception of environmental aspect, perception of economic aspect and perception of cultural - social aspect have a positive effect on their intention. Specifically, perception of environmental aspect creates the largest impact.
