( Get Ss to study the definition of a narrative by a gap fill )

- Put the missing words on the board and have Ss study first :

written – climax – attention – brief – events - Show the chart and ask Ss to ill in the gaps with the words in the box .

- Have Ss look at the pictures / 106 – 107 and guess the meaning of the new words .
