A. Aims of the lesson:

1. Knowledge: - By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to;

- Drill reading comprehension skills about after school activities - Give more words about pastime after school activities

- Know about after school activities of American students and Vietnamese students.

*. Language focus:

a) Vocabulary: survey, to show, top ten, fast food, to attend, youth organization, musical instrument, coin, to make model

b) Structures: - The way to tell the names of the most favorite activities - What do you like doing in your free time?

- I often go shopping with my friends 2. Skills:

- Drill reading, pronunciation, new words according to the topic of the lesson - Ask and answer about favorite free time activities

“ would you like...?” and acceptance of invitation and polite refusal.

+ Grammar: Invite give the sentences then agree or disagree.
