Direct: S + V + (O) : “Aux. V + S + V1 + ….?”
Indirect: S + asked + O + if / whether + S + V + ….

1. " Are you a student?" I asked Hoa.
2. " Are they coming here now?" Hoa asked me.
3. " Is NhaTrang far from Ha Noi?" Hoa asked me.
4. " Were you at Ha Long Bay last summer?" Hoa asked Lan.
5. " Was he a robber?" I asked Hoa.
