- Review the previous lesson by playing the “Guessing game”
- Divide the class into 2 teams, A and B - Ask student come to the board

Review the previous lessons playing the‘Odd – one – out game’
- Put a set of phonics cards on the board plus an ‘odd’ one from another set - Point to each card in turn and say the word for the class to repeat in chorus - Take away the odd card from the board
- Repeat with different cards. This time ask the student to identify the odd- one-out for the class
