I. Objectives.

- By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to number the right pictures by listening, look, read and give the correct answer base on the picture and they can play the game” line up” well.

- Play in groups of 6. T gives each group 6 pieces of papers.

In papers written: this, is,my,friend, and learnt charaters: Linda, Tony, Tom and Mary. Each member of groups holds a piece of them and make a line to make a meaningful sentences.

- T goes around to mornitor. T can help if neccessary.

- When the time is over, have some groups play the game before the class. Others observe and give comments.

- Have ss listen and repeat to remember the intonation.

- Play the recording 3 times and ask Ss to repeat

- Produce the sound of the letter y and the word " Yes" and the sentence " Yes, it is"

- Monitor the activity and offer help when necessary/ correct typical pronunciation errors.
