I. Aims of the unit:

- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to understand the Present perfect with “since” and “for” and use places vocabulary well

Students will be able to make a compare and talking about sending a letter Students will be able to understand the listening text and do exercises in book - Ss can develop their listening and writing skills

LESSON 1: GETTING STARTED - LISTEN AND READ (P. 63, 64) A. Aims:

1. Knowledge:

- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to know more about Na's new neighbor.

- Use the given words to talk request with other friends then write in the passage as a model.

- Giáo dục cho h/s biết sử dụng những mẫu đã cho sẵn và đổi về thành câu của mình.

- Kết hợp với bạn bè trong lớp để thực hiện các câu nói trong bài học, mỗi học sinh thực hiện làm một câu sau đó kết hợp lại thành đoạn văn.

- Give Ss some questions and ask Ss to work in pairs to compare their answers . - Ask Ss to read the dialogue and find out the answers
