A. Aims of the lesson : 1. Knowledge:

- By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to review all things they have learnt in the first term to improve language.

- Check all the modal sentences from unit 1 to unit 8 prepare for first term exam.

2. Skills:

- Ss work in groups to comment about the grammar then practice in pairs to ask and answer with the sentences structure.

- Divide class in to 4 groups to practice then compare with other groups in the class.

3. Attitude:

- Students need to seriously study and take full notes of the sentence patterns that the teacher has synthesized from the eight major lessons from the beginning of the year.

- Organize practice according to sentence patterns to test your knowledge to what extent.

4. Knowledge to achieve:

a) Meet the standards; Understand the sentence structure from lessons 01 to 08 learned, especially questions about study work, career, road, distance and what to do when going to school.

b) Advanced; Perfectly proficient in asking and answering questions and able to hold conversations and write request letters.
