A. Objectives:

*Knowledge: By the end of this lesson Ss will be able to practise speaking on the topic of making arrangement on the phone

* Attitude: Help Ss to be more confident in communicating with others in learning English, and to know how to make an arrangement on the phone, know how to leave and take a message.

* Skill: Practise speaking and listening skill B. Teaching aids:
