-T asks Ss to listen to the tape twice and match the places and the positions on the map.

Act 2. Gap fill(2 groups) -T shows Ss the poster:

-Let Ss practice giving the direction:T uses a map of some road with some offices and asks Ss to give direction of the place.

-T sets the sence(p.105) -T asks Ss to read aloud the sentences in part 1 (p.106) T corrects Ss’ pronunciation.

-T asks Ss to put those sentences in the correct chronogical order to complete the story.

-T collects Ss’ ideas and corrects.

-T asks a student to read again the story.

-T runs through the pictures and the given words.

-T asks Ss to look at the pictures and rearrange the events in the correct chronogical order to make it a story.

-T corrects.

Step 2. While - writing

-T asks Ss to use the pictures they have just rerarranged and the given words to write a story about Uyen.

-T notices Ss about the forms of the verbs (Past simple).

-Let Ss work in 5 groups and write in about 8’.T goes round to help and control.
