2. Yes, they do. They use energy saving bulb instead of ordinary bulbs and there’s a labeling scheme helping them use household appliances efficiency.

You’re going to read a passage about how other countries save energy. Before reading I give you 2 questions, I want you to read and guess the answer for them.
