I. Objectives:

1. Knowledge: - After the lesson, Ss will be able to pronounce correctly the sounds of the letters‘bl’ as in the word blind and the letter ‘sk’ in the word skating respectively.

2. Skills: Developing listening/ speaking/ reading/ writing skill(s).

3. Core competencies & Personal qualities:

- Love their school, keep your school things clean and tidy.

- Ss work hard in the lesson.

- To know some school things.

- Active participate in groups, ready to help their friends.

- T asks Ss to open the book on page 72 and look at the picture. Elicit their answer What is the story? Recall any vocabulary such as: Cat, mouse that Ss will need to understand the task.

- T play the CD three times: the first for Ss to listen all the way through and the second for them to do the task. Pause after each part for them to repeat.

- Divide class in to groups to role play Chit and Miu, Mimi then retell this story.

- Call on some pairs to display to the class.
