LESSON 3: LISTEN A. Objectives:

1. Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to listen to the weather report and complete the table with information about the weather in some big cities.

2. Skills:

+ Listening: Listen to the weather report about the weather in some big cities 3. Attitude : Learn hard and know how to plan for a vacation.

Step 1: Pre - listening (12

- Today, we are going to listen about the weather in big cities in the world .Let's start with some new words.

Step 2: While - listening (14’) Gap fill

- Put the gap fill on the board - Have Ss copy it in their notebook.

- Tell Ss they are going to listen to the weather forecast about the cities in the table and have to fill in the gaps with the informations they hear.

- Ask Ss to listen to the dish one or two times.

-Tell Ss to work in pairs to compare their answers

- Get Ss to give the answer and correct -Answer key(The underlined words and numbers)

Step 3: Post - listening (9’) Role play

- Have Ss ask and answer the questions about the weather and temprrature using information in the table

- Model with a good Student.

- Write the example exchange on the board

- Ask Ss to demonstrate the exchange

* Close pairs

- Have the whole class practice speaking using information in the table.

- Chỳng ta dựng quỏ khứ phõn từ khi một vật hoặc một người chịu ảnh hưởng đối với một vật hoặc một người khỏc.
