LESSON 1: GETTING STARTED, LISTEN AND READ A. Objectives:
1. Aims of the lesson: By the end of the lesson ss will be able to listen and read a dialogue between Lan and a nurse of Bach Mai hospital on the phone for general or detailed information.

Step 1: Pre -reading (12’)
- Today , we are going to read the dialogue about the situations which require first-aid. Let's start with some new words.
