1. Kiến thức

       UNIT 5 :WHERE WILL YOU BE THIS WEEKEND?

Lesson 1: P.1+2+3 I. AIMS:

-1. Knowledge:

By the end of the lesson pupils can use the words and phrasers related to the topics future activities , ask and  answer questions about  where someone will be ,using   Where will you be this weekend ?I think I’ll be at home

-Sentence patterns:

- Vocabulary:

2. Skills:  speaking, listening and reading,writing 3. Attitude:- Educate ss to love  their subject.

II. TEACHING AIDS:

1.Teacher’s: book, recording, pictures  2 .Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks.

IV. PROCEDURE 1.Organization.

2. Warm up:(5’) 

-Ss ask and Ss answering  questions like  Where were you yesterday ? What did you do 3. New lesson

Ss  look at the pictures and identify characters Ss guess what they are saying in each picture.

Ss listen to the recording in the speech bubbles

Play the recording again for Ss to repeat the lines in the speech bubbles two times.

Divide the class into 3 groups. Group 1, group 2 and group 3.

Listen and repeat in chorus- individual Activity 2. Point and say (16’)

a. Vocabulary:

- There are 3 sentences in this lesson. We are listenning and tick in the sentences you hear. Ss read the questions in their books .T check their understanding.

- Look at the picture and answer the question.

- Practice in pairs.

Get Ss to predict some of the things they think they will hear.

b. While-listening.

Play the recoding (twice). Have Ss listen and tick the correct sentence.

Ss prepare pieses of pape on which some places are written  informations of lessons, and put them into a box.

-Ss in to groups of three .invite two groups to the front of the class.G1 should draw a piece of paper from the box and say We ‘ll beby the sea G2 ask  What will you be there  G1 answer . after that,the two groups swap their roles, When they finish ,invite other groups to continue the game

-Some pairs to practise asking and answering the questions

-T explain how the game is played.
